Vonnic Return Material Authorization (RMA) Policy (For USA Customers)

Warranty Repair/Exchange Policy

Vonnic warrants its hardware to be free from material defects in workmanship and material under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months. During the warranty period, if a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Vonnic may, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective hardware at no extra charge. This limited warranty covers the replacement of the hardware only.

Vonnic reserves the right to refuse returns of products rendered defective, in whole or in part, of damage caused by destruction or modification, abuse, improper use, etc. Removal of the serial number sticker(s) on all Vonnic products will void all warranties.

A proof of purchase is required for customers who return defective item directly to Vonnic RMA department within the warranty period.

*For customers outside US, please contact the sellers whom they purchased the product(s) from for all RMA inquiries*

Return Procedures:

    1. When a problem arises with any Vonnic product, the customer should contact the Vonnic Technical Support Department 1.877.998.6664 or support@vonnic.com to resolve the problem. Once the product or component is determined defective, Technical Support team will issue an RMA number with an RMA form to be completed for the return of defective item.
    2. The RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date issued. Send only defective item(s); Vonnic is not responsible for any additional items returned. Any shipments received without an RMA number marked on the box or has an invalid or expired number will be refused and returned to sender.
    3. Customer should return the defective item along with:
    a. A fully completed RMA form with full description of the problem
    b. Proof of purchase (a clear copy of the original invoice)
    c. Ship to the following address:

    4. Only the defective item should be returned and the customer may choose to insure or track the RMA shipment at his/her own discretion as Vonnic is not responsible for any loss or damage happened due to shipping. No COD/Collect delivery will be accepted.
    5. Upon receipt of the defective item, Vonnic RMA Department will test and repair the defective item. No repair service or warranty will be rendered if the returned item has been found abused, modified or tempered in any way.
    6. Vonnic RMA Department will ship the repaired item or replacement back to the customer via pre-paid within 14 days period.

Return for Credit

Within the first thirty (30) days of original purchase date, customer may request "Return for Credit" provided the product is in new, unopened condition. All original packaging, components, accessories, software and manuals must be included with returned Products and Products returned incomplete may be subjected to 20% restocking fee or returned to Buyer at its expense.

This "Return for Credit" is limited to new purchase received directly from Vonnic, Inc. All other customers should contact the sellers whom they purchased the product(s) from for refund or credit.

Vonnic RMA Guidelines:

- Contact Vonnic Technical Support for getting an RMA number.
- A copy of invoice is required for all return and exchange request.
- Fill out this form completely and include it with the return item(s).
- Have the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
- VONNIC Inc. is not responsible for manual, cables, or other accessories not specifically authorized for return.
- VONNIC Inc. is not liable for any data lost due to repair.
- Standard repair or replacement time is approximately fourteen (14) days from receipt of the item(s), not including return shipment time.
